Peter J. Bludworth is a senior corrections and public-safety executive with more than 34 years of leadership experience in federal and private corrections, institutional security, investigations, emergency preparedness, and multi-agency coordination. Throughout his career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and private corrections, he has led complex correctional and detention operations, conducted operational investigations and after-action reviews, and coordinated with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies on critical public-safety initiatives.

Bludworth has extensive experience in crisis management, institutional accountability, staff training, and intelligence-informed operations, including service as the institutional representative to the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF). He is the founder of Bludworth Solutions LLC, providing strategic consulting and operational support to corrections and public-safety organizations nationwide.

His work centers on practical solutions, leadership development, operational integrity, and strengthening collaboration across the public-safety profession.
